Limerence is at the heart of “All I Wanna Do is Cry.” Inspired by the crooner songs of the 1950s, the recording marks a return to analogue production on four-track cassette.
Haunted Windchimes
Inaiah Lujan co-founded The Haunted Windchimes and spent roughly fifteen years writing, recording, and touring with the band. That chapter included performing on A Prairie Home Companion and sharing stages with Arlo Guthrie and Ramblin’ Jack Elliott. The band’s recordings have reached tens of millions of streams on Spotify alone, carrying the songs well beyond the rooms where they first took shape.
in/planes
In/Planes paired Inaiah Lujan’s guitar and vocals with Desirae Garcia’s bass and voice. Their shared love of classic pop took shape in spare arrangements, drawing on doo-wop, soul, and the sounds of the 1950s and ’60s. Their album Radio / Wave explored those influences through contemporary songs, a different musical direction alongside their work in The Haunted Windchimes.
hardly nevers
The Hardly Nevers are a Southern Colorado band drawing on the angsty daydreams of ’90s latchkey kids. Chela Lujan’s sweet vocals and fuzzy guitar lead their pop-grunge sound, with Charlie Hayden on bass, Tim Kelley on drums, and Inaiah Lujan bringing big second guitar energy.
